This brings up the Power Query editor and each table that we've imported is listed as its own query. Select the item or items that you want to import.
If you want to import more than one data set, check the box that says Select multiple items.
At the top of the list will be individual sets of data tables, and at the bottom it is broken down by page. I'll walk you through the process of importing tables from PDF to Excel.
